On a hill overlooking the beautiful Manning River in the historical setting of the village of Tinonee, this fully self-contained cottage for two is close to amenities, beaches, galleries, wineries and forest walks. A private sanctuary in which to unwind and indulge yourself, you can choose to spend the days in air-conditioned comfort reading, relaxing and romancing the soul, or venture out to discover the wonderful Manning Valley area.

Featured as an integral part of a National Trust listed streetscape in the 1980’s, it is one of the two oldest cottages in the area. From the moment you arrive, the old world nature of this retreat for one or two pleases the senses. The antique and retro fit out perfectly finish this piece of local history. The plush vintage queen brass bed is known widely as THE most comfortable slumber refuge and we have even had guests photograph the label to try and reproduce the pleasure. A large two person spa bath is there (with swivel glass screen if you wish to utilise the shower) to set the mood to indulgence. Add in the creature comforts of reverse cycle air conditioning and modern kitchen appliances and you have the perfect blend of new and old. Your own private cottage garden at rear, complete with original outhouse (just for looks), a Weber baby Q BBQ, and a cast iron patio setting is wonderful for that romantic twilight meal. The Cottage is a truly unique romantic getaway.

TINONEE COTTAGES HAS A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY POLICY.
We are short term and holiday accommodation, and as such fall under the Innkeepers Act, NOT the Tenancy Act. We can and will evict you if you threaten damage or refuse to leave on your checkout date.
If any of the above conditions are not met tenancy may be terminated and immediate vacation of premises requested. No refund will be given.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation 14 days before arrival will result in a 1 day booking charge, within 7 days before arrival charged at the full cost of the booking. Cancellation fees may be waived in certain instances at owners discretion. Monies will be returned if the same dates are able to be re-booked less a 10% processing fee.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking along with the completion of the Booking Form (located on the Reservations page). Whilst we endeavour to hold a date once we receive your enquiry, if it is not confirmed by deposit within 5 days of initial contact then it is released for other patrons.
Payment in full is required 7 business days prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged with management.
Cheque payments must be cleared prior to arrival.
Direct deposit is available and preferred.
All reservations are subject to confirmation by Tinonee Cottages management.
Availability and Rates are subject to change unless confirmed with management.
All pets and their well being are the responsibility of the owner. No liability for any injury, loss or illness is placed on the owners or management of Tinonee Cottages.
The Manor is our PET and CHILD FRIENDLY cottage. No pets are allowed within The Cubby.
Both cottages are strictly NON-SMOKING venues. Ashtrays are provided outside for considerate use by guests. No smoking is permitted inside the cottages or cubby house.
Check in is from 2.30pm on day of arrival.
Check out is by 10.30am on day of departure.
